How to collect Data

How to participate in SWEET

  • We recommend to use the SWEET-DPV-documentation software available at https://sweet.zibmt.uni-ulm.de/software.php, see “SWEET-DPV- software”.
  • If you are already using a patient documentation system in your institution, or if you extract the SWEET-data from a registry, please provide the data as shown in this exemplary excel file

    Exemplary data [Excel]

Create a data file (e.g. Excel, CSV, dbf, XML, Access) containing your current data and upload this file to the server (https://sweet.zibmt.uni-ulm.de/uploadSweet).

  • The protection of transmitted data is ensured. The patient data will be included into the SWEET database in anonymized form only.
  • The team in Ulm will check all files and get in touch with you if some clarification is needed.
  • A list of the current SWEET dataset with explanations is available in this document:

    Dataset with explanations [PDF]

  • It is important that the patient identifier (local patient number) remains unchanged over time and is used for one individual patient only.
  • If you have any questions, please contact the team in Ulm prior to starting your data collection:
