The SWEET office is happy to support with joining our network. If you have any questions or need further information, just send a mail to sweet-project@hka.de.
After filling out the application form, the next step is to upload the data of your pediatric diabetes patients via DPV Software or Excel spread sheet. Please read “SWEET database” and “how to transfer data” to get more information about how to submit the data. After a successful submission of the data you will get access to the SWEET Cloud – our online benchmarking platform.
The Benchmarking platform gives you the possibility to explore your own centers data as well as the data of the whole group. Every interested team member can get their individual user account to browse through the platform. All the different graphs can be downloaded.
Participation in research projects and publication is possible for your center, as soon as you have submitted data to the SWEET database.
If your center has more than 150 pediatric patients with diabetes and you have uploaded your data, we will invite you to undergo the Peer Review Process to get certified as a Center of Reference or Collaborative Center. In case your center takes care of less than 150 patients your center is classified as an Associated Center.
